WHY SHREE CONVENT

Every student has innate talents, which must be discovered, nurtured, fostered, and developed. School education develops scientific temper, aesthetic sense, communication, ethical reasoning, digital literacy, knowledge of India, knowledge of critical issues facing the community and the world.

So keeping in mind the above objectives

Shree convent had started in the year 2003 by Mr. Haribhau Warudkar and Mr. Shriram Khot.

The main objective was to go with the strict academic discipline and that was the need of the society during that period. Gradually school started to move into that direction keeping in mind the various aspects of the society. The challenge was to make students competent in academics and that to be keeping in mind their social strata because most of our students belongs to a medium ad lower level social strata.

Keeping in mind the social and financial background of students shree convent achieved a lot in the area of academics.

  • In the year 2009, the bench strength goes to more than 400.
  • 2012 was the year when people started to recognize Shree convent as one of the good institution when the result of the 10th board exam was 100 %.
  • In the year 2016, 36 students had come in the merit list.
  • In the year 2019, 69 students had come in the merit list.
  • In the year 2019, our bench strength cross the 1500 mark.
  • In the year 2021, 93 students had come in the merit list.

According to National Education policy, in which the utmost importance is given to pre-school education and as to how a pre-school impacts and helps a child to grow both physically and emotionally. So our curriculum that we designed and implemented is as per the National Education Policy .

When it comes to academics, we have a CBSE based curriculum . We are associated with some of the top publications such as Macmillan, Oxford, Holyfaith, Harper Collins, Navneet etc.

Teachers truly shape the futures of our children - and, therefore, the future of our nation. It is through teachers that our children are imparted with values, knowledge, empathy, creativity, ethics, life skills, and social responsibility. Teachers thus form the very heart of the education process, and represent an indispensable vehicle towards a progressive, educated, and prosperous society.
